THE SPACE
RENTAL RATES
Your rental window covers everything: arrival, setup, the event itself, and cleanup. Book accordingly
Cancellations are eligible for a full refund with 48-hour notice. Contact Jennifer Colatruglio at jcolatruglio@ndcc.org as soon as possible if your plans change.
DETAILS
Room rentals are available Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. based on room and staff availability. Your reservation window covers arrival, setup, food delivery, the event, and cleanup. Book accordingly. Staff has offsite obligations — do not arrive before your reserved start time or stay past your end time. Payment is due one week before your event.
Three screens with HDMI. All three can mirror a single device, or each can display independently. Bring your own standard HDMI cable — Mac adapter required. No cables or tech support are provided by NDCC staff.
External catering is welcome. Need a recommendation? Check our NDCC member caterers and restaurants. All service supplies are your responsibility. Red wine is not permitted. Alcohol must be served by TABC-licensed staff arranged by the renter.

Availability is based on the Chamber event calendar & staffing.
It is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Payment is due in full one week before your event date.
