As President and CEO, Jeff sets the direction for the chamber and serves as its primary voice with elected officials, civic leaders, and the broader Dallas business community. His work spans governmental affairs, education, transportation, and business and economic development.

As Chief Operating Officer, Megan oversees the chamber's communications and day-to-day operations, ensuring the organization runs well and tells its story effectively. She leads marketing, social media, and external communications across all platforms.

Ken served as President and CEO for almost a decade, and his relationships across the Dallas business community remain one of the chamber's most valuable assets. As President Emeritus, he represents the chamber in the community and advises on strategy and long-range direction.

As VP of Development, Dawn oversees membership and sponsorship for the chamber. She is the go-to resource for getting the most out of your membership, whether you are just joining, renewing, or looking to deepen your involvement. Reach out to Dawn directly to set up a meeting.

As Director of Revenue Operations, Jennifer handles the day-to-day details that keep your membership running smoothly. She manages member records, event registrations, and billing, and is the right person to contact with questions about your account or an upcoming event.

As Special Advisor, Luisa works with NDCC leadership in an advisory capacity, bringing outside perspective to strategic initiatives and organizational priorities. Her role is consultative, supporting the chamber's work behind the scenes.
