Clem has over 30 years of experience in various communications and government affairs roles within the telecommunications industry. He holds degrees from Texas State University, Dallas Baptist University, and an MBA from Colorado Technical University. Clem is truly a renaissance man; he has written over 500 poems, 36 jazz lyrics, and 9 books (be sure to check them out on Amazon and Goodreads!). He has been a Board member of the Chamber since 2008, and we can always rely on Clem for wise counsel and advice, no matter the issue.
