Ogletree Deakins HR Professional of the Year Award

The Ogletree Deakins Human Resources Professional of the Year Award recognizes HR professionals in the DFW area who have made significant contributions to their organization in a human resources capacity over the past year.

Nominations: Nominate a human resource professional from the Dallas-Fort Worth area who you think deserves to be considered for the NDCC’s Ogletree Deakins Human Resources Professional of the Year Award. You can nominate yourself, peers, subordinates, supervisors, or any other deserving candidate. Unless specified otherwise, the nominee will be notified of the person making the nomination.

Requirements: Nominees from the DFW area who have made significant contributions to their organization in the field of human resources over the past year will be considered. These HR professionals should have demonstrated the value of the HR function within their organization by implementing best practices and aligning with the company’s strategic direction.
