If you have no insurance, Medicare or Medicaid, cost is $20, cash or check.

We would like to introduce you to Vaccine Administrators, a division of NDCC member Ovation Health & Life Services, and a leading provider of on-site flu vaccination clinics in Dallas-Fort Worth.

The flu will affect 10-20% of the population each season. When someone gets the flu, there is an increase in absenteeism and decrease in productivity. Sick employees and colleagues also pass the virus around, further infecting the remaining workforce. What makes Vaccine Administrators better and different from others?

Open to anyone. We can vaccinate anyone with PPO/HMO health coverage. So invite your staff’s family members, your friends, tenants and colleagues if you want. We also accept cash and check payments. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
We use only quadrivalent prefilled syringe, single dose injection vaccinations. Our vaccines are preservative free, and cover all four strains of the flu. We only use the tiniest gauge needles for an almost painless vaccination. FluMist will not be offered this year due to the Center for Disease Control’s recommendation: http://www.cdc.gov/flu/about/qa/nasalspray.htm
Technology based clinic management and enrollment system. Our competitors still heavily rely on paperwork, but our system is almost entirely electronic. From sign up, to the actual day of vaccination, we utilize HIPAA compliant technology to make the vaccination process simple, secure and efficient.
Mobile. Our services are streamlined and portable so we can offer vaccinations at almost any location. Come check out our new mobile ambulance clinic also.
No cost to you. We bill the vaccination to the participants PPO health insurance coverage under the ACA mandated preventive coverage.
Professional Staff. Our staff consists of Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, administration team, billing specialist, and a full time Staff MD.
Sit back and wait for future communications. As we get closer to your scheduled date, you will begin to receive communications about vaccination sign up and communication tools and resources.
